How it works

One tap in the cab. The scanner finds the document, crops out the dashboard and the dock behind it, and straightens the page into a clean, readable image.

Extract
LoadLatch reads the fields the office needs: BOL number, carrier, shipper and consignee, PO and delivery numbers, ship and delivery dates, piece count and weights.
- Step 3
Review
Anything read with low confidence is flagged for the office to confirm. Drivers do no data entry at all — they scan, and they are done.
Who it's for
Carriers, owner-operators, and logistics teams who would rather have their BOLs digitized at the point of delivery than at the end of the week. Every scan is filed against the load, searchable by BOL number, and exportable as a PDF to attach to an invoice.
LoadLatch is a business tool provided to drivers by their carrier or employer. Each company sees only its own loads.
