LoadLatch accounts are set up by us rather than signed up for. Tell us about your operation and we will come back within one business day — usually with a few questions about who you bill, because that is the part worth getting right before your drivers start scanning.

What happens next

1. We reply, and work out how your invoicing is set up today.
2. We create your account and invite you as its administrator. You invite your office and your drivers from there.
3. You connect QuickBooks yourself if you use it — it needs your own QuickBooks sign-in, so nobody else can do it for you.
4. Your drivers install LoadLatch and start scanning. A setup checklist in the app tells you what is left at every point.
